Colleagues can be subject matter experts in their fields and open to sharing their expertise and knowledge. Products are improving and company is trying to correct costly strategic mistakes made in the past.

Minpunten

Cultures and values are for show as senior management are not open and do not have empathy. The CEO is ineffective and creates a culture of fear, thereby stifling dissent. If you are in the inner circle and/or support the positive spin regardless of the truth, you will be able to get away with anything (eg. toxic work culture).
