All in all my experience is positive. Working here is a good start in the world of Digital Ads if you're ready to work really hard. Top-recommended projects: Youla Media, Datalead, - many projects inside big group of companies and pros/cons depend a lot on exact project you working in - friendly and helpful environment - surrounded by real professionals; it is easy to learn fast if you're motivated - free sandwiches, fruits, vegetables (in some projects also cashew, nuts and yogurt - result-oriented work; you got scaled by your achievements not by hours of sitting in front of laptop (of course, it's not good for everyone)
Minpunten
- bureaucracy; tons of stupid daily/weekly meetings with even more stupid post-meeting reports that nobody in fact reads - flexible schedule been canceled during my work - employee can move to another project within Embria, and many people move from one project to another, however this movement is totally not transparent
