      Company has excellent culture- some companies try to retain their employees with swag and parties, but Emmersion Learning retains its employees by building a culture of meaningful hard work, and opportunities to become skilled at our crafts. Great leadership.

      Minpunten

      It's not the type of company where you can slack off and no one will notice. That's a pro in my opinion, but for some people that will be a con.

      - I sincerely enjoy coming to work every day. - Excellent company culture: everyone's opinion is valued and listened to, consistent and helpful feedback from managers, and everyone works together to accomplish goals. - Technology stack is fairly cutting edge and fun to work with. - Self improvement is heavily encouraged and promoted. - Everything you do feels like it has an impact on the company. - Work is important and valued, but there is plenty of time to socialize, play board games, and enjoy your time at work. - Flexible schedules.

      - Always a ton to do at a startup, so sometimes things can feel a bit overwhelming. - Responsibilities and roles in the company can be a bit fuzzy.
