Constantly changing procedures, business model, and role structures. Goals never stay the same for more than a year, but the recent business model change was drastic and redefined the role, expectations, goals, and compensation structure entirely. You could easily measure your comp on a monthly basis, but now it is subjectively based and not measurable on a quarterly basis. The upper leadership have their heads in the clouds for sure on expectations and what is possible.
