Some interesting technology applications in military, avionics & biomedical fields.

Minpunten

Tiny company, so little to no prospects for career advancement. While the tech is interesting, it is very niche and narrowly focused. It'll be challenging to apply experience here to other fields. Learn to play at company politics - brown-nosing is required. Salaries and benefits are underwhelming, even for the area. Management typically unresponsive to requests & issues, resorting to bluffs & threats to ensure compliance. "Work-life balance" is a dirty phrase - your 'exempt' status will be abused.

Good exposure to hands on manufacturing. Several different tasks were given daily and was not very repetitive at all. Flexible schedule if you work as an intern.

Minpunten

Not much career advancement opportunities due to it being a very small company. They did not let me use some of the machining equipment like the lathe or milling maching. The experience would have been nice.
