Title says it all........The management team is like a turd that wont flush. They leave their crappy little marks on everything they touch......But in all seriousness, I have seen too many great people come and go. The moral here is that in which you would expect in a Peruvian miners camp. They listen to no one who isn't part of the dictators posse.....Then they screw the people who have been in the company the longest. They offer very little opportunity to move up and the incentive to do so is weak in itself. You could find more job security as a Hippo Wrangler. The words getting out on the methods in which they conduct business, and unless they fix it soon, a fart in the face would be the highlight of working there!!!
