This is a males industry, so everyone in leadership has a “bros” mentality. Women aren’t treated as equals and get no opportunities for growth. Everything gets handed to favorites and nothing is truly earned anymore. Everyone else has to scrape the bare bottom to just make it by and it just isn’t enough anymore. Numbers are tanking and unless you are golfing with your boss who is your best friend you get nothing. Management is trash, and won’t care about any issues you have. They only care to make themself look good by giving what they can to their friends. If i could give -10 stars i would.
