There are A LOT behind the scenes tension than you might anticipate. Internal conflicts can surface indirectly, making collaboration less smooth and and quite draining. WFH tends to be misleading. It’s not about autonomy or balance, it often translates into unpredictable schedules, last minute requests, and work spilling into weekends. Leadership quality is inconsistent. There are capable and supportive superiors, but there are also those who raise multiple concerns in terms of management style and professionalism.
