The most of the Japanese staff is amiable. The payment is fair enough.

The foreign staff are harsh to say the least. My former online manager was kind of a bully and very harsh in her words which made me want to quit. Sometimes there are Japanese and foreign "private" groups which you become unwelcomed in. Communication is very poor and leads to confusions in schedule and private lessons.

- It's basically impossible to be full time unless you are willing to work an insane amount of hours thanks to the way the class schedule is set up - Not a fan of the "English only no Japanese" teaching rule
