      Pluspunten

      Management is open to hear suggestions and to help their employees if they needed. It’s a really fun place to work. It feels more like a family. We get the resources needed. Really great ratios, Spanish schools usually have between 18 and 25 kids per class for 1 teacher, we don’t have more than 12 and 2 teachers. We have the opportunity to learn and growth inside the school.

      It’s a school that keeps growing and that takes hard work and not everyone can handle the challenge.

      Hmmmm......I cannot really think of one.

      Minpunten

      Words cannot describe how toxic this school is. They claim to be a school, but really should be called a daycare. The management does not treat teachers or staff with respect, which is just ONE of the major issues with this "school". Image matters over substance. Nothing is ever the fault of the management. Teachers are blamed, parents are blamed, the world is blamed for the constant problems that plague the school. Grown adults that take no ownership of their poor choices or behavior should not be running a school.

      They know how to hire good teachers.

      Minpunten

      They don't know how to keep good teachers. Management is threatened by teachers who are more capable than themselves. They exploit teachers, use their knowledge, claim it as their own, and NEVER treat teachers as equals.
