Relative freedom to carve out your own role. Good for a recent grad who needs experience on the resume. Nice view from the office.
Minpunten
Absolute chaotic management, no strategic focus. Not many women (check out their leadership team.) Leadership burns investor money on absurd things. Will fire employees at the drop of a hat with no forewarning and just expects everyone to fill in the work gaps. No product direction, trying to be 3 products at once. CEO is both pompous and delusional at times. Product backend is an absolute hot mess.
