That commitment is genuine and consistently demonstrated across the organization. The characterization of Enhesa as clique-driven or centered around gossip is especially unfair to the many dedicated professionals and leaders who work incredibly hard every day to support their colleagues, mentor younger talent, and maintain a positive working environment across teams and regions. We welcome constructive feedback when it is factual, balanced, and intended to help the organization grow. What we do not accept is a sweeping and exaggerated portrayal that undermines the integrity of the people who continue to contribute positively to this company every day.
