Work hours are very reasonable and only occasional late night work and overtime required for important projects.

As a smaller company, requirements change fast, so it can be frustrating to have a feature removed/added at the last second. Also, time tables are very liquid and some projects can be put on hold at the drop of a hat or become a last-second priority with no warning.
