-flex time -Project Managers are becoming more involved with projects daily -different projects keep the work interesting/fresh on a day to day basis -good pay -able to learn a variety of cad programs -casual work environment -bonus pay plan -OT pay
Minpunten
-high turnover rate which makes it hard to build strong relationships -minimal room for advancement within the company -non-compete agreement which keeps bad apples in the office for longer than necessary -bonus plan has lost the "incentive" that it used to provide. Little transparency with financials. Smaller bonuses/more frequent bonuses would be more rewarding and motivating.
