Very motivated and love very much my work. Multitasking, service oriented, consistently fulfilling goals, and I have recommendations for that from all my employers. Pluspunten

Ability to work independent. Compensation is OK and competitive. Interesting projects and lots of possibilities. Very nice coworkers.

Minpunten

The management is very hands off. They source projects with people that might not have sufficient expertise. Sink or swim approach.

They are good people and do care about life outside of work..unfortunately that doesnt pay the bills and the Executive Team does not treat the worker bees as equals

Minpunten

low pay, inability to support efforts, no travel allowed, very little communication from upper management, absolutely zero respect for abilities
