It's a facade at this place; they cover up their lack of it by not being transparent about their expectations to avoid litigation probably. You check your inbox when you get in during the work day and see you were sent multiple emails around 9pm on weekdays and comments on your work on Sundays while pretending that life outside work is important. -Prevalent culture of blind sighting at this organization.
