Enumerate works hard to maintain a respectful, supportive workplace. Feedback from employees is encouraged, and we regularly evaluate our processes, tools, and training to strengthen both the employee and customer experience. Customer-facing roles can be challenging, and we recognize that. When staffing needs arise, we evaluate them carefully to ensure we have the right support in place, and we continue to adjust staffing plans, processes, and tools to better serve both our employees and our customers.
Regarding time off and attendance, our practices are designed to balance flexibility with the need to reliably support clients. We never penalize employees for being ill. Like most organizations, we track attendance to ensure fairness, consistency, and adequate coverage for the team. We encourage open, proactive conversations with supervisors when personal or health-related needs come up so we can support employees appropriately.
