Pluspunten
Really liked the internship. Working in the electrical engineering department was great. Learned a lot about the engineering process and I feel I gained a lot of real world experience. The manager did not hold my hand he sat down with me and a list of projects that needed to be completed then asked which programs interest you. After looking at company documentation and asking questions I picked a project I felt I could handle. The company has kind of a small town/family feel, when you ask questions everyone is more then happy to answer them. The electrical engineering manager is pretty cool he treats you like an engineer the first day. One of the most important things to do is ask questions, everyone is more then happy to help and if they don't know the answer they can point you in the right direction. For the interns they provide housing (meaning you can live about 5 mins away from the job for the summer for free) and they take you out to dinner once a week and try to know who you are. I would definitely recommend this place for an internship. In the electrical department you get out what you put in, if you work really hard and ask questions they notice that kind of thing.

since it is a small company not a massive amount of space to grow (i.e. move up into management positions) the way they store documentation can be a little crazy
