The hierarchy is so crazy, it takes forever to have anything approved. It moves really slowly and most of the time the direction of the company seems erratic and unfocused.

- Company strategy can shift quickly which can feel chaotic for many people, change is a part of life at Epic - Lots of teams work long hours, not all teams but it’s common

- Project/Product Management isn't consistent across teams, making it really hard to collaborate between the tech teams. There's no real top-down facilitation of Scrum or other SLCD - As you probably are aware, the company has had multiple layoffs. Job security is in flux
