New hires go through weeks of training with trainer and well documented on-line training modules of content and video for recruiting and sales. Being a nation-wide company, lots of team members work remote so you need to be self motivated. However, if you work in a non-office location were we have customers and field employees, Epitec encourages staff to get out and meet them frequently.
