      Epitome is a place where you can learn and grow. There are many opportunities to see different sides of production and collaborate with the different departments while working on a wide range of projects. You are never siloed when working on projects and it helps that you know that the team will always have your back. Great working culture with great work life balance, which is rare within the production industry.

      Minpunten

      Due to the nature of the job and the size of the team, the workload can be quite hectic when it comes to the busy periods. The office can be quite inconvenient to get to if it rains due to the lack of shelters.

      No major cons from my personal experience, though like any creative environment, timelines can get tight during peak seasons — but the team usually rallies together to get through it.
