Equian is a fantastic company. If you work hard and apply yourself, you will be rewarded. The Leadership team is phenomenal. I also love my coworkers, many that have also been with Equian for more than 10 years. Truly, I hope that I never have to work anywhere else.

The only con that I can think of is the rapid growth that we’ve experienced over the last few years. We’ve experienced minor growing pains. But, the Leadsership team has remained consistent for years, we don’t have high turnover rates, and it’s obvious that the company cares about their employees. What more could you ask for?
