HR and management lack communication with staff, you have to initiate follow up and your lucky if you get a response. There is no advancement and the company does not care about their clients only what's best for the company.

Good services, if they are supported properly. AE teams are a life saver for an AE.

Lack of training on what the job actually requires. Lack of coordination of operations to sales, AE must do a lot of operational work to resolve ongoing issues and avoid cancellations.
