Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased that you found value in learning about startups and had the chance to develop your own skills by working on special projects. We also understand your criticism regarding training and development and take it seriously. To that end, we’ve spent a great deal of time over the past year working on improving our training materials and feedback mechanisms for members of the marketplace team, including the updating of our wikis and training manuals.
