I’ve been with the company for several years and have genuinely grown a lot professionally during that time. What started as one opportunity turned into a long-term career path with increasing responsibility, exposure to different areas of the legal field, and opportunities to continue learning. The environment is fast-paced and works best for people who are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing priorities independently, but there is also a strong sense of teamwork and support across departments. I’ve had the chance to work with talented coworkers, build meaningful client relationships, and develop skills that I likely would not have gained as quickly in a more traditional environment. One of the biggest positives for me has been the flexibility and growth potential.
