Pluspunten

1. Very flexible remote working conditions with the opportunity to visit cozy office space when needed. 2. Fast-paced environment with new challenging tasks and projects, which brings opportunities for career development. 3. Exciting corporate events (meetups, hackathons, sports tournaments, conferences and etc.). 4. Very nice compensation package (incl. medical insurance, yoga and mental health reimbursements) with performance reviews once in 6 months. 5. Smart and friendly colleagues.

Minpunten

Cannot outline anything specific here, because in any case every work place would have some disadvantages one has to deal with, which are very subjective and are just part of the normal course of life. One possible disadvantage that comes to mind might be constantly changing start-up like working conditions, but, in my humble opinion, it provides plenty of opportunities for development.
