Most of the others employees are very nice and try to help you to have a good time.

The work becomes boring and repetitive very quickly. There’s few possibility to learn and experience new, exciting challenges. Goals are set, but are never being reached. The whole business model is kind of dubios and does not seem to have a promising future regarding the huge competition on the market. Those issues lead to working methods, carried out by the whole company, that aim on the short term instead of long term success.

The only good reason is free coffee and free cookie but both are cheap and so disgusting . This company is 12 years old but claim as startup.. so i think we don't have the same signification. While I was there the 5 news people start and leave in less than 3 month..

There is no challenge and nothing interesting for someone who is looking for commercial. They ll ask you impossible target every day and increase the number everyday because nobody achieve nothing. But if you don't achieve it doesn't matter because nobody stay there. The salary is minimum and the management team has no experience. The company only use free tools and tell you "doesn't matter about legal rules".
