Pluspunten
I had the privilege of starting my career at ERGO Hellas as an intern, and from day one, I felt welcomed and supported. My colleagues played a crucial role in my training and onboarding, making the transition smooth and enriching. Throughout my journey, I was given multiple opportunities to actively participate in diverse activities, collaborate with various departments, and refine both my personal and professional skills.
Minpunten
Over the past five years, ERGO Hellas has made significant strides in digital transformation, introducing key innovations and automation in many processes. However, there is still considerable room for improvement in optimizing daily workflows. Many tasks remain time-consuming and could benefit from further enhancements to efficiency, making workloads more manageable and improving overall competitiveness in the Greek market. Additionally, while management generally aims to foster a fair and positive work environment, there are instances where employee feedback is not adequately acted upon. Despite collecting insights through annual surveys, meaningful action is sometimes lacking, leaving a notable portion of employees feeling unheard and dissatisfied. Last but not least, instead of investing heavily in external perception and employer branding by organizing numerous employee and social events, the company should prioritize allocating its resources and efforts toward addressing critical internal challenges. Issues such as lack of automation, under-staffing, and inefficient workload distribution have a direct impact on employee satisfaction and productivity. Tackling these fundamental problems would bring meaningful, long-term improvements rather than temporary engagement boosts, ultimately creating a more efficient and supportive work environment.
