Salary very low for climate and workload. Any reason to not have a proper PR or assessment of pay. Favouritism. Ignoring off-site staff needs, requirements and training. Hire just about anyone once it's the lowest pay offer. "No funding for salary raise this year" then see onsite promotions and salary raises just days later. Workload micromanaged to oblivion. Snarky and somewhat oblivious management. Will get you to fill out tenders for "promotion opportunities" won't offer higher pay for filling out and also will tell you that it fell through although the tender was won and they have just selected new hires for cheaper after you won them the tender with your write ups. Will offer a 1000 a year "bonus" on your employment that you should receive in two 500 euro installments then try to remove it for you each yearly review due to "government changes" yet the government have increased the non taxable bonus to 1500, one of many lies. The list goes on.....and so does the lost staff
