The management is inconsistent. On the outside, employer-contribution, transparency and democracy are said to be key features, but in reality the mayor shareholders decide, without adhering to previous promises. As an example: The compensation is non negotiable and you get promised a fixed rate for the next years. But this promise can (and will) be broken as it is not fixed.
