Pluspunten

The best thing the company has to offer to employees is great health insurance benefits, this is what keeps people working there.

Minpunten

The company has failed to secure new contracts, so the culture is you never know from one day to the next if you will have a job! Management is very uncaring of their employees and will layoff fulltime employees to hire contractors to come in and take their jobs to save money. Ericsson also has a policy of 80/20 which means 80% of the work has to be done offshore and they move to push everything the can to India so this displaces American workers. They require employees to log hours they do not work and if you do not do this you are placed on a list to be laid off.

Pluspunten

The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

Minpunten

Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

Pluspunten

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Minpunten

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
