My opinion is surely biased, but I can't find anything good to say. If it's just a personal case, there will be plenty of positive comments to outweight this one.
Minpunten
Being treated like a number, not like a person. Suffering the effects of high-level decisions that don't have any apparent rationale behind. Being told stories about fairness, respect, professionalism while getting kicks in the face (especially if you work outside of Sweden, or in an acquired Company) The only approved way of managing upwards is being a Yesman.
