Pluspunten

Remote working, good work life balance. Interesting 5G projects, the big bet nowadays, I would say the continuity of the business depends on the success of the 5G network.

Minpunten

Too many management layers and complicated procedures. Brain Drain in Spain is making things harder for newcomers and people staying. It is not hard to get a promotion, specially with so many people voluntarily leaving but almost impossible to get a pay raise. Old procedures are hard to change.

The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

Minpunten

Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Minpunten

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
