Pluspunten

Training, exposure to new technologies, knowledge.

Minpunten

No work life balance, annual objectives are subjective and up to the interpretation to 1st level managers hence biased raises and promotions. Lack of diversity and professionalism within the RAN organization. Lots of corporate cronyism. Poor talent retention.

Some areas are still stagnant and overly corporate, can slow down progress.

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Minpunten

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
