Erste Digital used to be a good employer. But not anymore. Not for 4-5 years. Management is aggressive and arrogant. The whole culture is toxic. There's a complete disregard for work-life balance, with frequent pings during the weekend and sometimes during the night. There is no upward mobility possibility. Performace reviews are a joke and salaries are stagnant.
