It is a flat organization with only 6 levels so it's easy to speak with senior leaders, including the CEO. The company offers a very competitive benefits package comparable with big pharmas. Because Erytech is a French company, the time-off benefits are exceptional and far better than anywhere else that I have worked. The company is waiting Phase 3 Clinical Trial results read-out so it's a bit of uncertainty presently until that data is published.
