      Will push you to better yourself and to discover your strengths and weakness. The challenges will help you grow. Salary is competitive. Management exert effort to reach out to its employees. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the management provides safety protocol, and monitors the health of its employees, they extend whatever help they can provide.

      Minpunten

      Not for emotionally weak individuals. When working here, you need to be strong both mentally and emotionally. This is a fast-paced company, and if you cannot cope up, you'll find it difficult to stay. But this is part of the challenge. not really a 'con'.

      Very focused on revenue, production. Not a lot of focus on employees. Work load can be overwhelming due to small office sizes and quantity of projects

      Senior management team don't care about employees, unless you are Singaporean, negative vibe environment, bosses treat you like you are a bad behaved child.
