      The company has a clear vision of where it wants to be in the future and how it intends to get there.

      Minpunten

      No training or support for new employees and managerial skills of staff are lacking. As another person said, everyone keeps themselves to themselves so the office is quiet and unsociable. The company is suited to veterans of the industry not to new scientists or relatively inexperienced.

      The IncuCyte is an amazing instrument. The best part of this job was the seminars and talking to customers. Customers appreciate the support from FAS and TSS, but unfortunately that varies widely from region to region.

      Minpunten

      Goals are ridiculously unattainable. They don’t care a bit about anyone who works there. Everyone is dispensable and it shows in their attitudes and behavior towards their sales and support teams. The micromanagement will beat you down, steal your confidence, and leave you bitter and angry. When I gave my notice my manager didn’t even call me. HR called me and let me go on the spot.
