A lot of company events even tho many are not engaging and not organized properly. The younger employees are okay but most don't stay too long because of the strongly traditional corporate mindset that is still embedded in the company
Minpunten
Still has a very traditional corporate culture, they are trying to portray themselves as very open-minded and modern but the reality is far from it. Reasons why the young people never stay too long. There is no room for growth/learning/promotion. Management doesn't care much for employees and takes no ownership at all. Professionally, your opinions won't be heard.
