Decision making is often inconsistent and frowned upon , responsibilities are not clearly defined, which has led to confusion and inefficiencies. In addition, collaboration between teams seems limited, with little emphasis placed on transparency or mutual support. the culture is very very poor. with a significant leavers from this organisation
