Their onboarding process isn't hard.

They 'hire' people just to keep them from working for competitors. I was "hired" for a part-time job (told it would be around 20 hours per week) and have not worked in a month. Despite there being no work in my area, they are still actively advertising the same position in the same city on various job boards. Not sure if this is even legal, but it shouldn't be.
