Pluspunten

Goede voordelen, geweldige uren, weekenden vrij, de cliënt en de klanten waren het best, het feit dat je wat vrijheid hebt met hoe je kookt.

Minpunten

Het management is totaal incompetent. Je verkoopt in feite je ziel aan mensen die je uiteindelijk verwerpen omdat je te goed bent. Het salaris is jouw tijd en alle extra's die je doet niet waard. De supervisor is een religieuze zeloot.

preparing the meals was the only good part.

Management is not very professional and will run your life force dry. They will overwork you by adding additional work and expecting you to complete the impossible. Management does not like to hire and will over work their current employees to stress and burnout. There is no time for rest, only fast paced continuous work. You get one thirty minute meal break that consists of bland breakfast after only working 2.5 hrs. You're not allowed to eat the lunch you prepared. There is zero respect for your life outside of work. To Eurest/Compass you are only a performing monkey. Run while you can.
