Management does not like to hire and will over work their current employees to stress and burnout. There is no time for rest, only fast paced continuous work. You get one thirty minute meal break that consists of bland breakfast after only working 2.5 hrs. You're not allowed to eat the lunch you prepared. There is zero respect for your life outside of work. To Eurest/Compass you are only a performing monkey. Run while you can.
