Minpunten

The same that dog any large food service company. They're too big to be agile. Upper management tends not to seek information from lower management in terms of account direction. It's reliance on brand steals personality from individual accounts.

preparing the meals was the only good part.

Management is not very professional and will run your life force dry. They will overwork you by adding additional work and expecting you to complete the impossible. Management does not like to hire and will over work their current employees to stress and burnout. There is no time for rest, only fast paced continuous work. You get one thirty minute meal break that consists of bland breakfast after only working 2.5 hrs. You're not allowed to eat the lunch you prepared. There is zero respect for your life outside of work. To Eurest/Compass you are only a performing monkey. Run while you can.
