I would advise job seekers to think carefully before accepting a role at this company. My experience as an Account Manager was extremely disappointing due to a toxic and unprofessional work environment.
Management frequently used inappropriate, foul language and showed little respect toward front-line employees. The leadership style was dismissive and unkind, making it difficult to approach supervisors with questions or concerns.
Compensation was well below industry standards, which added to the overall sense of being undervalued. Additionally, during the interview process, I was not introduced to the office manager — a key oversight. Had I met him, I likely would have reconsidered the offer. His lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inattention to detail severely impacted daily operations and the work culture.
This workplace prioritizes hierarchy over teamwork and does little to support or retain quality staff. I strongly encourage candidates to ask direct questions during the interview process OR seek out better opportunities.
