The human element is never taken out of projects and processes, and there is empathy company wide that counter-acts any negatives that are associated with "growing pains"

The company has a genuinely inclusive culture where people feel welcomed and supported. Work/life balance is excellent, and being a fully remote team adds a lot of flexibility and convenience. My coworkers are consistently kind, collaborative, and always willing to help, which makes day-to-day work much more enjoyable.

Some processes are still being defined, which can occasionally lead to ambiguity or a lack of clarity in how certain tasks should be approached. As the company continues to grow and mature, I think more structure and documentation will help streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
