They lied during the interview process about what the job really is about. They say it’s a marketing role, but it’s really just sales. The boss took me to a Walmart on my first day and told me what they do on a daily basis, which is trying to pitch an internet service to random customers. Definitely felt like I was scammed.

Overtime is compensated in "days" which you never have a chance to use and you do OT on a daily basis. No bonus, no career advancement plans for employees. The people individually are nice but the culture is fake and very toxic.
