potential to earn high commissions good professional development for recent graduates good networking to open other doors

low compensation unless you recruit lots of contractors lots of micro managing in a very metrics driven environment the culture strongly encourages lots of alcohol consumption - client happy hours, etc you are constantly have to clean up situations that you have little to no control over, like terminating contractors, convincing candidates to accept less money, etc
