Flexibility, professionalism, & efficient. If you are willing to push and fight for what you want they will do everything in their power to get the best contract available for what works for you.

Minpunten

You do need to initiate, but as long as you stay on the ball and push for what you want they will work with you to make it happen but you cannot fully sit back.
