If you have phone skills and work ethic you can make a lot of money here. Unfortunately, the culture they promote is an email marketing culture, rather than a sales culture.

Culture. It's one thing to hire people with no sales experience if they have the traits of salespeople and you are willing to train them on sales. It's another thing to hire people who don't have the characteristics of sales people and train them only to be email marketers - spamming candidates and further damaging the reputation of the company. The company has a generally poor reputation among candidates. You walk into the Playa Vista office and you are likely to hear nothing but the sound of keyboards clacking and maybe 1-2 people on the phone. It's dead and sterile.
